TI Use Cases

It is obvious that human-like skills of a technical system add tremendously to the productivity of a workforce. Due to the revolution of Automation during the second half of the 20^th century we have seen factory floors getting rid of humans and found them in their new office spaces. The blue- to white- collar transformation added significantly to productivity by reducing unit labor costs dramatically. The result has been a fulminant increase in living standards across the entire industrialized world.

But in the 2010s the benefits of automation have been widely consumed and further increase in productivity turned out get harder. In turn, skilled labor shortage took place while the lower educated workforce started to suffer a decrease in their living standard. There are no easy and even more importantly no quick solutions to this demographic dilemma. Fortunately, ingenuity of humankind once more found a technical solution for a human problem: the augmentation of skilled labor with technological knowledge workers – Virtual Coworkers, as we call them.

This is the first time in history when workforce scales itself by other means than the very resource- and time-consuming biological reproduction! The time for the implementation of a Virtual Coworker new to an enterprise department is about 180 days with NOVARION.
