Your tasks:

In this responsible position you coordinate and control all product flows inside and outside our company. You ensure that the right parts are in the right place at the right time and you book this in our merchandise management system. You will also prepare the work for producing systems and make the finished systems ready for shipment. In addition, you will be responsible for document management, which you will coordinate with the accounting department.
In the beginning you will be supported by experienced colleagues and will soon be able to work independently.

With the help of your competent and communicative personality you will:

– arrange & coordinate just-in-time deliveries
-sort & handle sensitive components and entire computer systems
– prepare the necessary shipping documents, warranty certificates, etc. documents
– book the goods flows in our warehouse management system
– prepare the work for your colleagues in production
– do the invoice entry and control

Your competent profile:
– Understanding in dealing with computer hardware
– very good MS-Excel knowledge

– experience in the field of logistics as well as with SAP is an advantage but not a requirement

The minimum salary for this position is according to the collective agreement for IT 2022 in entry level ZT an annual salary of € 23,296 -. Depending on your already acquired experience level, we are happy to offer you an overpayment.
